Welcome to the Sri Lanka Canada Association of Ottawa (SLCAO)
The Sri Lanka Canada Association of Ottawa (SLCAO) is a non-profit community organization dedicated to bringing together Sri Lankan Canadians and friends of Sri Lanka in the National Capital Region.
Founded in 1976, SLCAO has served as a vibrant hub for cultural celebration, community engagement, and social connection. For nearly five decades, we have worked to preserve Sri Lankan heritage while embracing the diversity and opportunities that Canada offers.
Through cultural events, family programs, volunteer initiatives, and community partnerships, we strive to foster meaningful relationships, celebrate our traditions, and create a strong sense of belonging for current and future generations.
